Cost may be a consideration when selecting a dog kennel; depending on construction and size, portable dog kennels can cost under $50, or in extreme cases, as much as $500. Nylon portable dog kennels are moderately priced, wire dog kennels are a bit more expensive, and well-constructed plastic dog kennels can carry the highest (but still affordable) price tag.
