Cesar is gifted and sharing his gift with the world. A lot of unemployed and jealous certified dog behaviourists out there. Cesar has a common sense approach backed up by just the right amount of love. When a certified dog behaviourist fails to rehab a dog they will blame the dog and give up, it’s that simple. Like the San Francisco spca labelling a dog with incurable aggression then then saying they are a no kill facility
