Jennifer Garner and her company Vandalia Films are developing a half-hour comedy with ABC Studios. The show is based on the book The Geeks Shall Inherit the Earth, follows “seven different students with distinct quirks and shows how those personalities will prove valuable in adulthood.”
She’s clearly taking this project very seriously as Bert Royal, the funny fella who wrote Easy A, has been pegged to write the pilot.
Sounds promising!
