Uh-oh! We guess Kim Kardashian is NOT messing around!
The reality starlet is reportedly none too happy about Jonathan Jaxson – who apparently did PR work for her and now claims that he knows for a fact that her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries was a sham – and has hired lawyer Marty Singer to silence his apparently false claims!
According to Kim, she only worked with Jaxson once on a blog, and she barely remembers who he is! Furthermore, she believes he’s only saying this stuff now because he’s currently on a media tour to promote his book!
However, Jaxson DID sign a confidentiality agreement for Kim, which means that he’s in violation of it now, and she’s now pressing charges for defamatory statements – and she wants a MINIMUM of $ 200,000 in damages!
Singer explains:
“Everything that he is saying is false and nonsense … This guy is in it to promote himself for his 15 mins of fame.”
Jaxson refutes:
“I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it.”
And the plot thickens!
Unfortunately for Kim, we think that a lot of the public already have already made their opinions about whether or not her marriage was legitimate, and whether or not this guy is telling the truth won’t change that at all!
