According to TMZ, the Palm Desert PD thinks that Lindsay was definitely high and drunk that night,when asked about breathalyzer she said is she an idiot? Its just like admitting that u are guilty on the stand.Police wants Lindsay back in jailCops are arguing that lind did lots of violations on top of battery charge.Investigation in evidence revealed that Miss lohan did lots of violations relating to certain conditions of her probation terms She violated her probation simply refusing the breathalyzer.whereas her lawyer kept saying that my client never drank or did drugs.
“I had numerous conversations with Betty Ford counselors and doctors and it was never suggested by anyone that she ever drank or used drugs.”??Holley said, “Her discharge letter is totally consistent with that.”? Cops almost arrested lind at that nite but her probation officer stopped them,sounds that Lindsay got off easily.Authorities got F***ked up with this and should have arrested her on the spot.Surprise, oh yeaaa surprise. Lindsay Lohan might be off the hook for her little incident involving the Betty Ford staffer Dawn Holland.
According to the news, Holland has no interest in pursuing it, so the case might be dropped.

She has nothing to do with this all of a sudden! It’s almost too weird. It shows if she didnÂ’t care either way, but sheÂ’s making such a strong case against prosecuting Lindsay that itÂ’s a lot smelly to me.

Everyone is always so mean to her, but I don’t know why. I don’t think her partying is THAT bad. What 21 year old doesn’t want to experience life for the first time?
