It’s that time of the week again, with Destiny 2 players left wondering where Xur will be this week. Bungie is dropping the sought-after merchant back into Destiny 2 today following the weekly reset a few days ago. Last time around Xur was found in the Tower Hangar, selling Destiny 2 players wares such as the Two-Tailed Fox Heavy Rocket Launcher.
And today Xur will be back tempting players to spend their Legendary Shards in one specific location in Destiny 2.
Guardians on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC will be able to find Xur in one of his usual hangouts like the EDZ or Nessus.
Xur will be selling items in his new locale until the next Destiny 2 weekly reset on Tuesday February 8.
In terms of what time Xur will be dropping back in, the sough-after merchant should be appearing in Destiny 2 around 5pm UK time today (Friday February 4).
For those in other regions that’s 9am pacific, 12pm eastern and 6pm European time.
Just a reminder, the Destiny support team will not be revealing Xur’s location – it’s up to Guardians to hunt down the merchant and see where he’s hanging out.
If you’re new to Destiny, and are trying to hunt down Xur today, then one key thing you’ll need to know is what are Legendary Shards.
The Legendary Shards that are used by Xur are remnants of powerful items used to improve gear or trade for other stuff.
Guardians also need to be aware that Xur will be dropping items similar in power level to your character.
Express.co.uk will update this article once the Xur location is known, along with details on what new exotics are available to players.
