We knew this was gonna happen!

Since bottles were cracked opened and used as weapons in the brutal Chris Brown vs. Drake club fight, New York’s City Council has convened to discuss bottle service in nightclubs.

Speaker Christina Quinn called the meeting herself with the NYPD and nightlife industry experts.

According to her:

“The purpose of this meeting is to send a clear message to all nightclub patrons that bottles cannot be used as weapons and to determine if the guidelines surrounding bottle service need to be updated or reworked.”

As you know, Breezy and Drizzy weren’t the only ones involved in the brawl. A 24-year-old woman on vacation had to get 16 stitches after a random bottle flew at her and gashed her face.

So yeah! We’d understand it if the Council wanted to see about layin’ down some law on bottle service. Wouldn’t U?

While on the set of his upcoming music video for his single yesterday, Don’t Wake Me Up, Chris Brown snapped this shirtless Instagram pic (above)!

Last night, Rihanna also went half nekkid when she performed for the Robin Hood Foundation and had people speculating whether or not Chris tweeted his pic to one-up his ex!

Also, just last week, RiRi Instagrammed a pic of her without her shirt, too…what is this, a topless tug of war?!

Well, whether they are trying to get each other’s attention or not, they’re definitely drawing in eyes!

This was absolutely WILD!

And so, SO cool!

It’s about time the Academy acknowledged this genre!

Check out the 54th Grammy’s performance tribute to the year’s best dance music, featuring Chris Brown, David Guetta, Lil’ Wayne, Deadmau5, and Foo Fighters (above)!

Does this make you want to shake it or WHAT?!

Tina Davis thinks it’s best if Chris Brown shy away from interviews now that multiple interviews have resulted in drama.

Causing the dramz is of course all the Rihanna questions. And whenever they bring her up, Breezy gets so mad he makes a scene! And sometimes breaks things!!

Clearly, there’s still a passion there! But his manager is working extra hard for people to judge him on only on his music now.

Tina says:

Not have him do interviews but to concentrate on performing and recording. It was something we set a while back. We’re not trying to be rude, selfish or disrespectful to anyone in any way. If people are going to judge anything, judge him for his talent.

He signed up to sing and entertain. Not to talk about his personal life. We look at it as starting all over. Our grind, our choices are different than they probably would have been three years ago. But we are humbly trying to get back into the swing of things.

Hmmm, okay. Well anyways! We wonder when he and RiRi are gonna not-so-secretly tweet each other again??

…and funny enough, as soon as we say that, We Found Love starts playing on our iTunes! Ha!
