Among other things, it’s about Katharine McPhee is a young Broadway newbie looking to score the lead roll in a musical based on the life of Marilyn Monroe, but she’s up against an AMAZZZING Broadway vet, Megan Hilty.
In the scene (above) McPhee belts out a song from the Marilyn musical for her (like zillionth) audition.
